Your not helping my urge to get back into rc.

I have been doing RC for years now, from 100 mph dual brushless RC boats, RC Warbirds, 1/5th scale gas short course trucks, brushless bashers and 1/10th scale clay track racers.
For the life of me, I couldn’t understand the crawler scene. How going slow and scale would be any fun. After 5 minutes trying one out, I got it and now love it!
Picked up my first crawler recently, a TRX-4 Sport. So fun, challenging and relaxing at the same time!

I love crawling. You have to think of every rock you put your tire on; whether or not if you flip over or make it over.
I also have a TRX-4 bronco that I turned into a sheriff SUV :)

Nice! I’m going to get a the Bronco body as my shelf body one day. Cool setup as a police vehicle .
Absolutely, crawling is so much fun, seeing how the vehicle responds to each obstacle and how tuning and weight effects it. Also love that I can run over 30 minutes on a 2200 mAh 3S lipo on my TRX4 which I run at the very front of my rig for weight distribution.
If I was just trail driving, a 5 000 mAh in the middle would get me well over 1 hour of driving around. Here’s my crawler ....

If driving a fast RC car is playing
Gran Turismo
, driving a crawler is playing
Tetris
.
Just a fun little puzzle game.

I just bought a TRX-4 kit yesterday. Put the transmission together this morning :) Been out of the RC hobby for years and I’m ready to get going again.
